Guest Access: This is a single family home with a front yard and backyard. The garages are not to be accessed or used by guests. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard fire pit. The Neighborhood: Private driveway with a fairly steep incline. Four wheel drive highly recommended during the winter. Driveway shared with neighbors and is plowed/salted regularly during storms. Getting Around: Right off 100A with easy access to Killington, Woodstock and Okemo. Bridgewater Corners Store is just 1.4 miles away for gas and any convenient needs. Other Things to Note: FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. WARNING: Bears can make their way onto the property. Please make sure any food is put away and if thrown away in the bins, sealed up with the bins fully closed. We use a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the property as well as a noise monitoring system in the living room. The device does not record anything, just noise decibel levels and we do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, with no exceptions. Our house is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the patio or in the yard after 10 pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out. Check the local weather forecast at least 5 days in advance. Guests with all-weather tires HAVE gotten stuck in the driveway in the past. PLEASE prepare with winter tires or bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter season. FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). The property was great and exactly as stated. Super clean and roomy. The hot tub was AWESOME and worked exactly as it should. We didn't have little kids but noticed a LOT of cute attention to details for the littles if you have them. We loved having the washer/dryer AND the provided detergent. Kitchen utensils were plentiful, as were dishes, silverware, and glasses. The host was really nice and responsive with all communication AND there was TONS of coffee. It’s in between Killington and Okemo, 15-25 minutes to each, which was perfect for us. Chris was very responsive and professional. The house was fully stocked with cooking supplies and dishware. I appreciated that it included a variety of k-cups, creamer, and sugar/sweeteners! Beds were all memory foam which were comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and the beds were nicely made. The large TV in the living room was a nice plus! Check-in and check-out was easy. The best part was that our pups were welcome so we are very grateful for that! ##### Diana S.
