"The room was clean except the bathroom. It looked like it was gone over in a hurry. Out of the two towels we were given one had nasty stuff on it. The shower had two conditioner bottles instead of a shampoo and conditioner bottle. When we checked in it was so hot in the lobby it made me nervous the whole thing was out but thankfully our room wasn't that bad. The lobby was horrible though. Way too hot. Other then that the cleaning lady riding the elevator on her phone would really be the only other issue we had. Waiting on her to go back up and get off the elevator after she "accidentally rode it all of the way down" with her cart that took up the whole thing. Was the only other thing I would say was not great. The staff that checked us though were very nice."

"The house was perfect for my large family! The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. The private lake access was great and the game room kept everyone entertained. I highly recommend!"
