25 \[hidden\] studio with sleeping area for 4 people maximum on the 3rd floor of the residence with lift. Balcony south facing with view on the main road with shops and restaurents.  
  
Living area with table, sofa bed, storage and television.  
Kitchen area with vitroceramic hobs, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.  
  
SLEEPING CAPACITY:  
\- Sleeping alcove: one set of bunk beds (2 persons).  
\- Living-room: one sofa-bed in 140cm (2 persons).  
  
BATHROOM:  
Bathroom with bathtub and toilets.  
  
Internet Wifi access included.  
Covered parking with extra charge.   
  
RENTAL CONDITIONS :   
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.  
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
