25,70 sq-m refurbished studio with sleeping area for 4 people on the 2nd floor of the residence with lift. Balcony facing South.   
  
Living area with television, one sofa bed for 2 persons, storage.  
Equipped kitchen area with vitroceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge.  
  
SLEEPING CAPACITY:   
\- Sleeping area: one set of bunk beds (2 people).  
The top bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old.  
\- Living-room: one double express sofa bed (2 people).  
  
BATHROOM:  
Bathroom with bathtub, handheld shower heads, washing machine and toilets.  
  
\- Internet Wifi access.  
\- Covered parking in extra-charge.  
  
RENTAL CONDITIONS:   
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 30/04 only (except for thermal cures).
