"Sundance Mountain Resort was a very fantastic place to stay, relax and ski. We enjoyed the mountain, the spa and all the restaurants on the hill. The staff were lovely, kind and friendly. Our only complaint is we didn’t have a car, so when we needed some basic supplies, there was nothing available on the mountain itself and no way to get it up there. Otherwise we had an amazing time. "

"Nice cabin with great proximity to Sundance ski resort. Our extended family fit easily with beds for everyone and space to spread out. Property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Just please note that a 4x4 vehicle is a MUST in the winter. We were not made aware of this and had to drive all the way back to the SLC airport to exchange our car rental for a 4x4 after we got stuck driving up to the cabin. They plow and maintain the roads well, but they are very steep and can be very slippery with 2wd only."

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Balsam Wood. we initially booked with VRBO, however, I would definitely book directly through Stewart Mountain Lodging, in the future! I cannot tell you how exceptional the service we received from Stewart Mountain Lodging. Upon booking, I was sent an email with all the details of our rental we had concierge service that was unbelievable. Their attention to detail and information was impeccable. Ally was our concierge, however, the entire team was amazing. Anytime we had a question or request they handled it flawlessly. Upon arrival, my family with blown away at how warm and beautiful our rental was. An amazing bedroom with comfortable beds to stay in. But I must say the master bedroom is like being in a winter Wonderland snow globe! We did one into one problem with our rental car that is, we rented a suburban and was told that it was a 4 x 4, however, it was a 2wd. So getting 10 inches of snow on the first day we became stuck in the driveway. I called the rental office and Wyatt came to our rescue. He was able to give us walking directions to Sundance. He also arranged for someone to pick us up after we were done skiing. Come to find out, it was the owner of the company that picked us up and made sure we got back to our house safely. If I had room to write more .. I would!!!"
