"When I first got there with my daughters service was great when we got to the unit it was breathtakingly beautiful but you could tell it had not been cleaned there were hairs on all of the pillows, in the bathroom on the floor in the shower everywhere the walls were not clean boogers were on the bunk bed. I would definitely stay at the facility again just not that unit. The view was beautiful the people in the lobby were very helpful I will give it a 4+ for the whole stay experience."

"The property has fantastic views of the rivers and is very well located, walking distance to the mall, riverfront, and great restaurants. The constant traffic on the river is a sight in itself. One thing to note is that the noise of it goes straight up in between all these buildings, and windows definitely need to be closed at night. For us it was a new experience to be in the heart of Miami and we really enjoyed it. The unit is a little older inside than it looks from the pics. Everything...
