"The breakfast options were a bit disappointing. No eggs and bacon, just waffles and oatmeal for hot options.
However, it is a beautiful location along side the creek and there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. The King room was spacious with a creel-side view and very comfortable."

"Everything was wonderful! Owner was terrific and quickly responsive.Bedroom is super comfortable but very small. Also what was listed as pull out couch is really a futon.Wonderful decide and amenities were best I’ve seen"

"Our stay here was very nice. The area was very quaint. Obviously the scenery is spectacular. The house was very charming, as well, with plenty of space to move around. There was lots to explore in the immeadiate area and the Owl Chalet was a relatively short drive to the surrounding Denver area. I would love to go back to Owl Chalet some day."

"This house overlooks the town and the reservoir, and it truly does only take 5 minutes to walk. Which is good because the parking space is up a steep little hump and we only took the car for hikes. Town has everything including a Nepalese restaurant and a few great little coffeehouses, a grocery, rock shop, circus carousel…you name it. The home is spacious. Two bedrooms are also spacious with queen beds (one has a pull-up bar if you like to do chin ups before bed). Third BR (full futon) and loft are more for kids, so we just put our youngest adults in it. Kitchen well stocked with cooking things. Grill works great. Nice deck. Internet is fast & solid. We locked our keys inside one day and owners took care of it right away. "
