### Spacious 6-Bedroom Villa in Briançon with Fireplace, Terrace, and Garden

This large, characterful family villa is located in a small village just 5 minutes from Briançon town center.  
In addition to its 1,400m² plot, covered parking, and numerous parking spaces at the foot of the house, this villa is spread over three levels.  
On the ground floor, there is a laundry room and a garage for storing skis, sleds, or bicycles.  
On the first floor: A bar overlooks the living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining room, which provides access to the beautiful terrace, garden, and barbecue area. A first bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.  
On the second floor: A mezzanine with a sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms with a 140x190 double bed each, and a third bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi!  
  
The plus points of this mountain rental: Large, quiet, bright villa with garden and terrace. Its generous size makes it ideal for gatherings with friends or family while preserving everyone's privacy.  
Cleaning not included.
