Ideally located, in a recent, well-maintained residence, in the heart of Briançon close to many shops and only 400m from the cable car, this 25m² studio is on the 3rd floor of the residence with elevator, it has a small balcony with a view of the old town.  
  
It consists of a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, a main room with a double sofa bed and a single bed, a kitchen area including oven, electric coffee maker, dishwasher ..., a balcony offering a view of the old town.  
Private ski locker and underground parking space available.  
  
The advantages of this rental: Well located a stone's throw from the city center.
