This lovely, fully renovated 28m² studio is located in a quiet residence, a stone's throw from the center and 700m from the Prorel cable car.  
Well-equipped, it boasts a balcony with a lovely mountain view.  
  
It includes:  
\- a sleeping alcove with bunk beds  
\- a living/dining room with a double sofa bed opening onto the balcony  
\- a kitchen area with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.  
\- a bathroom with a washing machine, hairdryer, and toilet  
\- a southwest-facing balcony.  
  
Private parking is available at the residence. No assigned space.  
Pets are not allowed.
