Having a full kitchen and a full table were great, and we were very glad the freezer had a working icemaker! The couch was very comfortable. (Having extra blankets for both beds and couch sitting along with some comfy kids chairs were all much appreciated as well.) Having two bathrooms was a plus as well. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans were a must for our stay during the summer, so we were glad to have those as well. The "boot room" was a great place to stash our luggage. Everything was clean and cozy! We all enjoyed the pool and loved the hot tub. The exercise room's equipment appeared to be in working order as well. Melissa was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you so much, Melissa!(Just a note: the pool area and fitness room had specific hours (10-10pm and 8-10pm respectively) and were completely unaccessible during off hours. Approximately 12 miles up to the unit and is at about 11,000 feet elevation. Altitude sickness is a real thing and people with breathing issues should take caution going that high. When we arrived the door was unlocked and the cleaning crew had not touched the unit, bed linens were on the kitchen floor. The cleaning woman showed up with her two young girls and all 3 were sick with a terrible chest cold. After she put on the new linens my wife asked her to leave before we got sick on our first day of this long trip to Brianhead. After that it was all good, but no thanks to Vrbo. ##### Byron C. The kitchen was accommodating, and the bedrooms were good. The family room and dining areas were nice. It was a bummer the hot tub was downs some of our stay, but it was not the owners fault.
