It has 2 bedrooms plus a loft with a king size bed and 3 bathrooms. VISITING SOUTHERN UTAH NATIONAL PARKS, BOOK WITH US AND SAVE BIG! The Space: Welcome to a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo, located in the heart of Brian Head, Utah, just across the road from the magnificent Giant Steps Ski Lodge. This elegant condo has a cozy and warm ambiance with all the comforts of home. This condo sleeps six guests and is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for an unforgettable vacation experience. As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living room with plush reclining sofas, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes. The wood burning fireplace adds to the rustic charm of the space and is the perfect place to warm up on a cold winter's night. Large windows offer breathtaking views of the picturesque surroundings, making you feel one with nature. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and offers a large dining table that comfortably seats six guests. The full kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, to prepare a home-cooked meal. Two bedrooms are located on the entry level, each with comfortable queen beds, and a bathroom just outside of each bedroom. The upstairs loft is where the master bedroom is located, boasting a king sized bed, a smart TV, and its own private bathroom with a relaxing garden tub, perfect for soaking away the day's stresses. There are about 8 stairs going up to the master bedroom and the stairs are somewhat steep. There is a garage available for this unit. The measurements are: 21' in length, 6' in height, and 8' in width. Please plan accordingly with these measurements. Brian Head offers a plethora of winter activities, including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobiling, and tubing available. In the summer, you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and ATV riding. You'll also be in close proximity to national parks, including Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument, where you can explore and admire the breathtaking beauty of the natural landscape.
