It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. The unit has been updated in many ways. The only areas that a prospective renter should be aware of are the following: 1\. the laundry facilities does not have a coin converter/dispenser, bring your quarters. 2\. No coffee, creamer, sugar, or oil in the kitchen - bring your own. 3\. The mattresses are soft, but this is a personal preference. ##### Jane H.
