This 1 bedroom unit is a hidden treasure to host 2 adults and 2 smaller children. 1 bathroom with a walk in shower. True Ski In/Out. VISITING SOUTHERN UTAH NATIONAL PARKS, BOOK WITH US AND SAVE BIG!  
  
The Space:  
Nestled in the heart of the majestic Brian Head, Utah, lies a charming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo, perfectly designed for a family of four. Boasting an unbeatable location just next to ski lift #8 and #1, this delightful abode is the ultimate base camp for those who seek a seamless ski-in/ski-out experience.  
  
Upon entering the condo, you will be greeted by the warmth of the electric fireplace in the living room which features two plush leather love seats that invite you to sink in and relax. There is a large TV, and the high-speed internet is perfect for snuggling up and watching a movie or streaming your favorite show.  
  
The bedroom features an ambiance of a remote-controlled adjustable queen-sized bed, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep after a long day on the slopes. The condo also features two twin-sized blow-up mattresses, perfect for children to curl up in comfort. The large walk-in shower with assistance rails ensures that everyone's needs are accommodated.  
  
The kitchen, though small, packs a punch with a big counter top, offering all the essential tools to whip up a home-cooked meal. The intimate space is perfect for those who seek to indulge in a cozy, intimate atmosphere.  
  
The back patio offers a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with the scenic surroundings creating a tranquil environment perfect for relaxation.  
  
This condo is perfectly situated for both winter and summer activities. During the winter, the ski lifts provide easy access to the slopes to snow board and ski. Other winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, and tubing. While in the summer, the town of Brian Head offers mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and ATV tours. The nearby national parks; Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument offer ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Regardless of the season, this charming abode promises to provide an unforgettable experience for those seeking adventure and rejuvenation. Guests can also visit the Brian Head website to stay updated on all events and activities happening in Brian Head.
