Ladder access is needed to get access to the two twin beds in the loft - and we knew that going in. The kids enjoyed climbing the ladder - but it might not be a cup of tea for everyone. Well it has one bedroom on the loft over the leaving room. It offers no privacy. Also a leaving room with a convertible isn’t a bedroom. A second loft you have to access from a ladder with 2 mattresses on the floor is not exactly a bedroom! And I am still trying to get a full refund! ##### Thierry W. The walk to condo was also covered with ice. We decided it was too treacherous. We're older but, with luggage, it might be a scary walk for anyone. Inside, the condo looked clean and nice, but the risk outweighed the cleanliness. We lost all but the cleaning fee. ##### Kathy B. The siding on the building is a little weathered, but don't let that fool you at all. The inside is new and modern, clean and a great stay. We loved it. ##### Kyle C.
