Direct access to the snowmobile trails from the driveway. Come enjoy the breath taking scenery while you ski, snowmobile, tube, or sled. Downstairs - Entry hallway with seating to take off boots and outdoor gear. Kitchen includes gas appliances with all cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to cook your favorite meals. Cozy living room with pull out sofa bed, 35” LCD TV , DVD player, movie and music libraries. Gas fireplace and 18 x16 ft. windows with a gorgeous view of the mountain. I checked out a day early after friends I met in Brian head left due to unclean, very hot no fans, hard beds, scratchy sheets & towels. Also need more pillows and blankets. Property listing says sleeps 10 that is not accurate. 3 full size beds and 1 pull out bed. I love the tree it was nice to have a tree for Christmas. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We walked to the lifts at Giant Steps as well as the local pizzeria. The condo is nicely decorated, has an upstairs game room, wi-fi, Direct TV, and many DVDs. I would have given it five stars, but the cooking pans are worn out, and the toaster needs to be replaced.
