Inside, you'll find a queen-size bed and a convenient pull-out sofa, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements. A pony wall adds a touch of privacy. The kitchen is equipped with basic necessities. A cooling fan is provided for your comfort. As a guest, you'll have access to the complex's impressive amenities: a pool, spa, gym, saunas, locker rooms, a lobby with WiFi, a common kitchen, and laundry facilities. We had a great stay at this condo. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made our stay even better. The location and amenities were also convenient and enjoyable. The only small downside is that since this unit is on the first floor, you may hear some noise if the guests upstairs are moving around a lot. Other than that, everything was excellent. Overall the location is fine, in fact the location is the best part of the property. The check in process was seemless. Once inside, I noticed that the place was not sufficiently cleaned. There was a lot of dust on the lower shelf of the coffee table, the pots and pans need to upgraded because the non-stick is peeling off. The Utensils and some of the pits and pans were not cleaned. The up sides: a quiet, peaceful inexpensive place to stay while exploring this beautiful area. We went to the Shakespearian festival in Cedar City, Cascade Waterfalls near Duck Creek, Zions National Park, Cedar Breaks, and explored many beautiful side roads and backways. Overall, it was a great trip! The down sides: the carpets need to be cleaned as the room looks fresh but smells dusty. The kitchen has very little counter space for food prep.
