The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. A young lady eventually arrived, ( her first day on the job) and "cleaned" the unit in 60 minutes. We proceeded to sanitize the the unit as best we could. Fireplace was not cleaned and I did so. Several light bulbs in the unit were out. The sofa and living room chair are very old and not comfortable. Refrigerator was dirty and had food left in it. We only used the bed in the master and it was fine. Short walk to the lifts and this was fine. Would probably come back to Brian Head but reserve a different unit. ##### Bruce H.
