The spacious, fully-equipped home offers a sauna, private bathroom with washing machine, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a large covered terrace, and a safe outdoor space for children. Enjoy relaxing walks, cycling, and nearby exploration. Recharge in comfort and privacy, away from the city bustle, and soak up the tranquility you deserve.   
Surrounded by lush greenery and vineyard-covered hills, this charming accommodation offers ample outdoor space for relaxation. A roofed terrace with a table, chairs, BBQ grill, and loungers invites guests to enjoy picnics or outdoor gatherings.  
  
Inside, the unit includes free private parking, air-conditioning, a cozy fireplace, and a soothing sauna. The upper floor, accessible by stairs, houses three bedrooms: one with a 200x200 cm double bed, a second with a 180x200 cm double bed, and a third with two 90x200 cm single beds.
