Bring the whole family and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. Tucked away on a quiet dead end street, yet in the middle of everything you need. Nature loves will enjoy the pond which attracts all different sorts of birds and the location is ideal to walk or ride bikes to enjoy all that Brewster has to offer. The Space: Bring the whole family and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 7! All new stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove, refrigerator) in the kitchen, 6 seats in the dining room, and all the kitchen utensils needed for enjoying home cooked meals. Please note there is no dishwasher. Living room has couches and a TV with Roku connection for streaming your own devices. FAST WIFI throughout the home. When its cooler, light a fire in the rustic iron stove, wood provided! Outdoor: Outdoor is where its happening! Enjoy the lovely outdoor space with large side yard, deck, a gas grill, large picnic table, and Adirondack chairs for lounging. There is a rope swing and a smaller deck that overlooks a pond. We also have a back den for the kids to play games and watch TV. The coolest part are the funky metal sculptures that are artwork by the original owner. Parking: Parking for up to 4 cars! Two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Downstairs bathroom has a full tub/shower combo and the upstairs bathroom is Jack And Jill style in-between the two bedrooms and has a shower, no tub. For help with sleeping arrangements: Downstairs bedroom: one queen bed Upstairs bedroom 1: one queen size bed Upstairs bedroom 2: one double and one twin size bed Linens/towel included with every rental! Owner's childhood home, the artwork and sculptures are the original owners, a collection reflects a man who loved to read, loved Cape Cod and Brooklyn where he grew up. Guest Access: Fully furnished and ready for you, including high quality linens and towels. The Neighborhood: Brewster Fish House is 5 minute walk. JTs for fried fish and ice cream, one mile away El Guapo, Mexican with outside seating. Snowy Owl, cutest café with el fresco dining, breakfast and lunch. Great playground at Eddy school which is walking distance. Cape baseball league play in Brewster, very close to house. Big field right next to house for baseball or soccer or running your toddler. Brewster ladies library and UU church ( both walking distance from house) have kids events. Cape Cod Museum Of Natural History nearby is great for rainy day and also great hike out to beautiful bay beach. Great shopping in Brewster at antique shops and lemon tree shops. Under 1 mile to Breakwater Beach: brisk walk or there is a parking lot but fills up quick during the summer months. Other Things to Note: All guests to agree to our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules: \- Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, reducing noise after 9:00pm, and not lingering in front of the entrance. \-All guests must be indoors and off any exterior spaces by 9:30PM. Our exterior video camera may be checked to confirm this rule is being followed. Tampering with the video camera is subject to a fine. \-No additional guests without host approval \-No parties or events. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund. \-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and within 50ft of the outside. After 9PM only one person should be outside smoking at one time. \-Up to two dogs allowed, $50 per dog. Dogs must be at lease 1 year old. Sorry no puppies! \-No packages may be sent to the house without host approval \-No refunds to be given for shortened stays or given for any cable or internet WI-FI, heat, cooling, or power outages. If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately. No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800\. The home is very comfortable and a great location. The beds are very comfortable and the hosts have thought of all the little extras like a fire pit, outdoor chairs and a deck. Loved having the 2 bathrooms one on each floor so when upstairs at night didn’t have to come downstairs. The hosts were great with communication and offered us an extra night at a discount which we happily took advantage of. They gave us recommendations of places to eat, all of which were excellent. There is a wonderful little cafe at the end of the lane called The Peacemaker that has excellent breakfasts and lunches. Definitely check out the Brewster General store, it is a step back in time, and don’t forget to stop by JT’s for ice cream. ##### Brenda D. The property is just as listed with one added highlight - the back deck was a great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. Adorable yard, lovely bird and nature watching, great decks, lots of seating outside, love the swings and whimsical atmosphere. Enjoyed the grill outside. Super clean fridge. The house could use a little bit of regular maintenance. Kitchen cabinet broken, couldn’t locate pot holders, no shade/curtains in bathroom, upstairs bedroom shades not working. Someone left a bag of trash on property (prior occupant?) that we cleaned up after an animal got to it. And - we had to have the fire department come as every alarm in the house began sounding on two different occasions. FD concluded that the humidity was setting them off - we had to remove each of them during the entirety of our stay. ##### Jodie F. We all slept well in the comfortable beds and awoke well rested. This property was such an unexpected delight. Located in walking distance to 5 star unique restaurants, thrift stores, and the (locally) famous Brewster General Store. Yet, it is tucked away on a private dead end street and feels miles away from everything. Birds, squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks, and frogs frolicking all around in the natural landscape. It's hard not to be contemplative and just breathe. Easy bike to many amazing beaches means you don't have to hassle with beach passes. The house was clean and quaint, with an uncomplicated elegance and just so pleasant. The owners had anticipated our every need, which allowed us to enjoy every moment. Tip for future guests, it's a delight to be able to order ahead and have groceries delivered from Shaw's without facing the seasonal lines or breaking the bank. We have long loved Brewster, but in this house we made memories that will last a lifetime 💓 ##### Lauren W.
