There is a couch and a recliner - both very saggy. I messaged the manager prior to booking to see if the walkway to the beach was walker-friendly. I stated that I use a walker. He gave an accurate description of the terrain, but neglected to tell me that the condo itself is NOT walker-friendly. It was quite a surprise to find that it was impossible to get a walker in either the front or back door, or into the bathroom. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. ##### Cassandra R.
