We've been to Brevard many times but his year we stayed at Jamie's property and it was perfect. Upon arrival, we found granola bars and a guestbook with area maps, activity suggestions and household rules. Ceiling fans kept us cool, and our young adults loved the loft for movie night. Waterfall showerhead feature in the master bathroom is amazing. We enjoyed dining out, shopping and attending fantastic events at Brevard Music Center, a short drive away. Finding ants in the kitchen was a minor issue along with the snug fit of large furniture in the small dining area. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Refrigerator has food that carries over from previous guests, so the basics are there with a replace if you use policy.
