A 2 minute car ride leads you to private hiking trails, 4 swimming and fishing lakes. The house is fully stocked, beds are great, and having and upstairs and downstairs living rooms keeps all ages happy. Great covered porch area, electric smoker is awesome. The Connestee Falls community is a gem and we were surprised by all the amenities offered. The kids enjoyed pool time, amazing hiking (best hiking trails in the area for kids), bocce courts. The grand parents loved the golf course. Only 15-20min from downtown Brevard which is absolutely charming. So many outdoor activities in the area and plenty of wildlife (we saw multiple bears while in Connestee and prob a hundreds deers, and also the famous white squirrels). Just as described. I will say that we didn't realize until we got there there is no central AC. However this IS noted on the website.
