Access is easy in warmer months. In winter, especially during or after snowfall, conditions can be more challenging. An AWD/4WD vehicle and/or snow tires are strongly recommended. The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving. Trash and Recycling \-Trash and recycling dumpsters are located on site. Disclosures: \-The use of both the backyard trampoline and the swim spa is at the guests' own risk, and the property owner cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents. \-Ice skating rink use is subject to weather and ice conditions.
