Place as advertised, very clean and updated. Would be great for ski vacation as well. Familiar with remoteness of location so brought breakfast food and drinks for the week with us and worked out perfectly. Golfed at Mt Washington hotel and played Waumbek in Jefferson on day of arrival, would recommend Waumbek as well, good time. Mount Willard hike down road was fantastic. We have skied and summered a lot in the White Mountains over last 30 years, highly recommend this condo. ##### sharon t. The location is very close to the ski area, however there is only one restaurant close by and it is closed at the beginning of the week. The house is a nice size, but needs to be organized. The carpet has several stains ( looks like dog pee), and the kitchen drawers are very messy. The ice maker and coffee maker do not work. The fire place is great though. This may be a good home for a young group of skiers, but not a couple. If you do go drive down toward the cog railroad and about half way there off the road on your right is the most spectacular waterfall. ##### Lori G.
