Very modern and clean, full of smart home devices

We stayed in room 403 for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Room had a small balcony facing the church next to it. The room is modern but had limited space - especially the bathroom had no counter space. Location is superb - 2 min walk to the Roman theater, 10-15 min walk to the pedestrian shopping street (be mindful of walking up and down the cobblestone streets). We enjoyed our stay - staff are super helpful and friendly. Pro: Location in the old town. Close to all main sites. We liked the location but others might not like the uphill walk. Quiet area. Cons: Hotel does not have elevator so might be troublesome for adults with mobility issues. Staff are helpful with luggage though. Breakfast is great but have to book a day prior for the kitchen to prepare. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the decor and ambiance!

Villa Flavia is a beautiful hotel. Absolutely amazing! The rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable. They have wonderful outdoor garden and sitting areas. The service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. The location is very convenient and provides easy access to the most visited parts of the city. You will love this place!

Excellent location. Property was new and clean. Very modern. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly. We asked for a room with a view and they lived us no problem. Would stay again.
