### Villa in Breskens near the Beach

This detached, single-storey villa is located at Vakantiepark Zeebad, 1.5 km. from the centre of Breskens and only 900 m. from the beach. The villa was recently built (2022) and is modern, comfortable and fully furnished. There is a living room featuring a TV with streaming function. You can watch the apps on your phone or tablet on the TV. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. There are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be arranged as a double or twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower and a very fine infrared sauna. There is a separate toilet in the hall. For extra comfort, there also is a washing machine and dryer in the storage room. The living room and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating. Outside, you can relax on the patio with garden furniture and two sun loungers. You can park your car near your villa. At Vakantiepark Zeebad, you can book various holiday homes, tiny houses, villas and chalets for two to eight people. Note - This holiday park is firework-free at New Year, where fireworks of any kind are prohibited. However, the park does not conduct active checks, so a completely firework-free environment cannot be guaranteed. There is a possibility of fireworks being set off in the surrounding area.  
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
