The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-storey building, and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and single bed, one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom. It also has Wi-Fi, a TV, a fireplace and a parking space. On the balcony and in the large fenced communal garden with garden furniture and barbecue, you can enjoy relaxing holidays. The vacation flat is the ideal starting point for bicycle tours tours, excursions and sports activities such as hiking and mountain biking, sailing, windsurfing, SUP and kitesurfing. In Brenzone you will find a wide range of schools and rental stations. Thanks to the central location of your holiday home, restaurants, bars, shops and the shore of Lake Garda are just a few minutes' walk away. The hosts provide you with anything you might need and even put a bowl of fresh fruit and a bunch of fresh basil leaves on the table for us to enjoy. There‘s an abundance of dishes, plates, cups and glasses to use. The appartment is located within a complex with a number of different parties living there. Lake Garda is in Italy and Italian voices aren‘t usually quiet. At night, it is not always easy to find sleep because of that. The host helped when the noise became a problem but I still wanted to mention it. This is a great place, great location near stores and restaurants and the lake but it is not quiet at night. You might hear voices, cars and banging if you like sleeping with open windows. We would still stay there again. ##### Simone G.
