The staff was amazingly helpful with check in, storing bags prior to checkin, and with various small requests while we stayed. The city view from our room was beautiful, the room, hallways, elevators, and pool/gym were wonderfully clean and tidy. From valets, front desk, housekeeping, and gym/pool staff, all were friendly and helpful. We had absolutely nothing to complain about! 😀 "
