It is tiny but has a fully equipped kitchen, private bath, small walk in closet and includes a full breakfast, which is set up for you in advance of your arrival. The private little home is decorated in a peaceful pale blue and has shabby chic details. It is perfect for one to two people and is pet friendly. The owner provides all the perks. The only suggestions I have are bring a sleeping mask as light floods in from the apartment behind and if your a couple be good at cuddling as bed is small. Very manageable space stocked with everything you could need. Susan even provided paper goods and breakfast which we turned into two meals so that was a treat. The bath is a nice size and the kitchen is fully functional with plenty of space for two. The downtown area is walking distance and there are lots of historical homes to see in the area.
