This newly remodeled 100 year+ craftsman offers two 8x13 bedrooms, one with a full size bed and a convertible chair bed, the other with triple bunks. The entrance room provides accommodations for two additional guests with a day bed and trundle - barn doors provide privacy from the main living space. No Loud Music or Noises: Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially after 10 pm. Our neighbors enjoy peace and quiet, and we want to maintain good relationships with them. If we receive any reports of loud music or noise, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $200 will be charged. 3\. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or anywhere on the property. If we detect smoking in the house, a fine of $500 will be charged. 4\. No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the house. 5\. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an additional fee, and you will be asked to leave. 6\. Please dispose of your trash: Leaving trash and food inside the house will attract insects and rodents. 7\. No Rearranging Furniture: Please do not move any furniture from its original position. If you do, you will be charged a fine of $100. 8\. No Destruction of House Furniture/Items: Please treat the house and its contents with respect. If any damage is done to the house or its contents, you will be charged for repairs or replacements. 9\. Be Mindful of Neighbors: Please be mindful that this is a duplex and you share a wall with tenants next door. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. 10\. Ensure All Sliding Doors and Windows are Locked: Please ensure that all sliding doors and windows are locked before leaving the house for your safety and the safety of the house. 11\. My husband was able to work from the house and I enjoyed its close proximity to downtown shopping. This house was very well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely be back. ##### Debbie P.
