Welcome to our favorite spot on Smith Lake! DockTales and Dreams is ready to host your family, friends or just youself for a quiet getaway. This home is located on a quiet peninsula with big water views to enjoy from the back porch or one of the two levels of decks on the way to the water. From the front entry, guests are greeted by four spacious bedrooms (including a bunk room perfect for kids) and a full bath. Downstairs is a living area, dining area, stocked kitchen, and another full bathroom. The back door opens to a wooded patio with grill and an outdoor dining area. Follow the stairs down to a lower-level deck with chairs and a fire pit, then continue down towards the double-level dock on year-round deep water. Rental includes the use of two kayaks, a collection of life jackets, and a selection of seasonal inflatable water toys. The kids enjoyed the Nintendo! Talk about a throwback to my childhood:) this was a perfect place with a good amount of space. It was nice that we were able to see the lake while we cooked and played games and sat in the living area. The deck was well build and very relaxing. The neighbors dogs were sweet. Had a wonderful weekend at this home on Lewis Smith Lake! We had 4 adults & 9 children & we all had plenty of space. The home has really nice decor & was well stocked with things we needed. Erin was flexible and helpful & communicated well.
