Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 5-room villa spanning 216 square meters across two levels. The villa features a comfortable and modern design, with an entrance hall that includes a separate toilet. The open living and dining area is equipped with a dining table, digital TV with international channels, and a cozy wood-burning stove. From this space, you can access the garden and terrace areas. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Air conditioning and heating systems ensure your comfort throughout your stay. You'll have access to a dishwasher, microwave, and television for your convenience. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of one pet or dog allowed. A cozy fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the living area. Additional amenities include a sauna and hair dryer.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor features three double bedrooms: one with a 180cm bed (length 200cm), one with a 160cm bed (length 200cm), and one with two 90cm beds (length 200cm). There is also an office space on this level. The property boasts two terraces, one measuring 30 square meters with a south-east facing position, and another 30 square meter terrace with a south-west facing position. Terrace furniture is provided, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful garden views. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge, and parking is available for up to two cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking villa, and a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are present for your safety. The bed layout is flexible, providing more sleeping options than the maximum capacity of six people, which should not be exceeded.
