Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: sauna, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, air conditioning. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1.3 km, 18 minute walk to the centre, tram "De Lijn" 450 m, bus stop "De Lijn 4" 210 m, railway station "Oostende" 3.7 km, sandy beach "Bredene" 500 m. Surf school 750 m. Nearby attractions: Fort Napoleon 1.8 km, wekelijkse markt op dinsdag Bredene 1.7 km, Jumpsquare Oostende 1.3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: watersport Oostende Spuikom 2.9 km. Hiking paths: Vicognebos Bredene 1.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
