You will be staying in a 4-room apartment that spans across 135 square meters on 2 levels, situated on the top floor with a north-west facing position. The apartment features an entrance hall with a separate guest toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished, offering an open living/dining area with a dining table, digital TV, and access to international TV channels. The living area opens up to a balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer, and also provides access to the balcony. Other amenities include a washing machine, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Additionally, a garage space (number 17) for one car is available during your vacation stay.  
  
Other Information  
The sleeping arrangements in the apartment are flexible, with the upper floor comprising a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, WC, and double hand-basin. There is also a room with a 90 cm bed, and another room with a 140 cm bed and a set of 1x1 bunk beds (90 cm). A separate shower and WC are also located on this level. The apartment offers terrace furniture and a view of the sea. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, equipped with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher for your safety. While the bed layout can be adjusted, the maximum capacity of 6 guests should not be exceeded.
