Unit Layout  
You will be staying in the "Seaview 1" 3-room penthouse, which spans 115 square meters across two levels on the 9th floor. It offers a south-west facing position and was fully renovated in 2021, boasting comfortable and modern furnishings. On the main level, you'll find an entrance hall with gas heating, a living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, and international TV channels. There is also a double bedroom with a 180 cm double bed (length 200 cm), an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as a shower/WC. The upper floor features another double bedroom with a 180 cm double bed (length 200 cm), digital TV, and international TV channels, along with a kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a combination microwave. There is also another shower/WC on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The penthouse offers several amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You'll have access to two small balconies, one measuring 3 square meters with a south-west facing position, and another with a north-east facing position. Additionally, there is a large 30-square-meter terrace with a south-west facing position, complete with terrace furniture. Other amenities include a washing machine, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved parking space (number 76) is also provided for one car.  
  
Other Information  
The penthouse offers beautiful views of the sea from its terraces. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and it is equipped with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher for your safety.
