Whether you're here for the delightful winter skiing, the summer hikes, or something in between, you'll love spending your next Breckenridge vacation in this lovely River Mountain Lodge studio.

You'll have a queen Murphy bed, a washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. There are also plenty of on-site amenities to take advantage of like a shared outdoor heated pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and hot tubs. This home is located in the heart of Breckenridge where you'll find adorable boutiques, eateries, and lots of seasonal activities to check out. Wind down an evening with a movie on the flatscreen TV and a glass of wine out on the private balcony.

Want to do a little shopping nearby? Head over to Towne Square Mall where you can find food and tattoo joints, a book store, upscale shoes and clothing, and more! Stephen C. West Ice Arena is right downtown with skate lessons, disco skate nights, and biannual ice shows for winter guests to enjoy. Summer guests will love hiking Gold Hill Trail, Blair Witch Trail, Spruce Creek Trail, and North Tenmile Creek Trail.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
