Stunning panoramic views, walking distance to town, amenities, 5 en suites, and space to spare. Sip coffee under a blanket of sunshine overlooking the full range of the Breckenridge peaks. Walk the trail just a couple blocks into town for a mid-morning crepe, an elegant dinner, or for a shuttle puddle jump over to the gondola for a day on the slopes. The massive 5,000 sq feet Breckenridge estate boast 5 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large loft, and two massive living areas. Plenty of space for the whole crew to mingle, play, and rest. The open entertaining area on the main level is the size of a house in and of itself. Soaring cathedral ceilings, an expansive kitchen for entertaining and hosting, and towering glass that stares right at the 5 peaks of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Sit by the fire, watch a good movie. Play board games in the dinning room, or share and intimate early breakfast at the in-kitchen sitting nook. Sit out of the front deck with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun sets over the peaks in front of you. Meander out back to a covered patio with more sitting space, a high end grill, and a built-in hot tub. Play a summer game of cards, roast some steaks, or soak after a day on the slopes. 2 main floor en-suites and a main floor laundry make main floor living easy when desires. The main floor master is a sprawling escape by itself. A private summit facing balcony, fireplace, TV, double closets with built-ins, and an oversized 5 piece master bath provide a private oasis for this couple. Upstairs boasts a large loft area with pine-log rails, built in desk/working space and another tucked away en suite on its own level. Downstairs grants access to the oversized three car garage, another full laundry area, two more en suites, and another massive living / entertaining space with another large stone fireplace, game table, TV, and stone patio. Hard to beat a private hot tub, such massive quarter, expansive views, and incredible access to all the action. Vacations are too rare. This property is large and functional with a beautiful view of the Breck city center. There is an easy, short trail down to town. The decks are small relative to the size of the home. The furnishings are on the tired side. Property management company was responsive but has tons of rules. Only one car in the driveway (which is huge). No one in the hot tub after 10pm. No shoes in the house. Etc. There are plaques warning of consequences of breaking rules throughout the house.
