Recent renovation to the exterior of the complex and a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms with high-end finishes and appliances complete the package. Our spacious condo provides two bedrooms plus a loft accessed via a spiral staircase within the master bedroom. Sleeping accommodations include: \- queen bed in each bedroom \- double bed in the loft \- double-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room \- one single-size roll-away cot \- one portable crib to provide comfortable and flexible sleeping for up to 8 people. Two decks for year-round enjoyment. During the ski and summer seasons (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend), there are 4 hot tubs (2 indoor and 2 outdoor) and a full sized heated pool to look forward to after a day of enjoying all the area has to offer. All this and the best location in Breck! It is an easy walk to the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift (350 yds), Main Street (1/4 mile) with an abundance of restaurants and boutique shops. Hiking and biking trails start right outside your door. Parking, on-site laundry facilities, Hi-speed internet, and ski locker storage is all provided at no additional charge. Our place is not an 'institutional' feeling rental condo. We have made it warm and welcoming without being busy or cluttered. It is our second home and we maintain it for our own enjoyment as well as yours. We were there in January to ski for the week. Checking in and parking was amazing. It is a walk to the nearest lift, so little kids could be an issue. Our boys did fine with it. Quick walk to downtown and nearby restaurants. There were some general maintenance issues with the condo— missing strings for the fan, fireplace shroud was broken, temperamental showers. There’s no vent for the oven, so if you cook expect smoke to fill the living room. Washer and dryer are downstairs— community sharing. These are by no means a deal breaker. My bigger issue was the management of the property. We ran out of trash bags, there was half a box of tissues, the pots and pans were almost unusable (everything stuck to them), they advertise an outdoor grill but the propane was empty (they offered to reimburse me if I exchanged it but I feel I shouldn’t have to do their work). What really rubbed me the wrong way was the envelope asking for a tip for the cleaning crew. Didn’t I already pay Vrbo a cleaning fee?? I stayed here because our typical location (cedars) wasn’t available. I may return if faced with a similar decision, but likely try another place. Hope this was helpful to some. ##### Andre W. We love this condo and it has already been the second time we spent our spring break here. It is cozy and comfortable and you find everything you need. The location is great as you can walk to the lift and the town. The heated pool and the hot tubs make it the perfect spot. ##### Anke D. The outdoor hot tubs (4) were awesome and just across the parking lot. The only reasons for the 4-star overall rating are a lamp in a bedroom was falling apart (light socket - seemed a bit dangerous) and the ceiling light in the same bedroom could not be turned on (the pull string on the fan seemed to be broken or stuck). Also, the TV was not intuitive to figure out even with the instructions and eventually we just logged into our Hulu Live account and used that to watch TV. None of these were deal breakers but could definitely be improved. ##### Mark C. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware for homecooked meals. Short walk to the ski lift and to town. The guys spent at least 45 minutes trying to get it to work and couldn’t so we could not access Netflix, etc. The tv is very old so we couldn’t stream either. Because it was very cold we didn’t spend time outdoors in the evening. Not much to do w/o accessing Roku. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay. ##### Paula A. We love the location as it is walk to downtown (and ski lift in winter) and this place is across the parking lot from heated pool worth 4 hot tubs. The condo was spacious, clean and includes all amenities. Highly recommend to the VRBO community.
