The Quicksilver Super Chair and Peak 9 Base Area is accessible just a leisurely five-minute stroll over charming footbridge across Maggie Pond to begin your thrilling ski adventure, offering unrivaled convenience for avid skiers and snowboarders.

After an action-packed day on the slopes, effortlessly ski down to the Peak 9 base and make your way back to the Tannenbaum by the River Complex, where your homey retreat awaits. Known for it's vibrant nightlife scene and often described as a "foodie's haven", Main Street Breckenridge is also just a short stroll from Tannenbaum Condominiums, brimming with an array of restaurants, shops and lively atmosphere.

Indulge in the spaciousness of this open, top-floor, two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit that boasts breathtaking views of the meandering Blue River down below. Recently updated, the interior exudes a modern charm, ensuring your utmost comfort throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts, offering all the necessary cooking and dining utensils for your convenience. For larger groups, additional seating can be found at the kitchen countertop bar, accommodating three more guests.

Spanning an impressive 1,475 square feet, this unit effortlessly accommodates up to ten guests. Both bedrooms, with ensuite full baths, feature two Queen beds and their own 19-inch TV, mini fridge and coffee maker. Ample storage space is also provided in the form of a full closet and dresser in each room. Additionally, the loft (accessible via ladder) houses another two Twin beds, ensuring everyone has a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep.

Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout your stay and enjoy access to the on-site coin-operated laundry facility, ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless vacation experience.

The complex's communal area deck is a delightful addition, equipped with two grills and a picturesque picnic area, perfect for enjoying delightful al fresco dining amidst the stunning mountain scenery. While elevator access is not available within the Tannenbaum by the River Complex, the enchanting staircase leading to this condo adds to the charm and character of the building.

But that's not all! As a guest of Tannenbaum, you'll have the exclusive privilege of accessing the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center*, located just across the street. Immerse yourself in relaxation at the outdoor heated pool and four oversized hot tubs, ideal for soothing tired muscles after an invigorating day on the slopes (*PLEASE NOTE that availability of this amenity is SEASONAL and closures do occur during off-season Fall & Spring months).

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean and quiet. It was so nice to be able to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the mornings. The big windows were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great clean Condo!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, easy check in. We had great communication with the management. They texted us with all the info we needed to check in and out. It was very easy and clear. Location was great! We literally parked the car and walked all weekend. Took advantage of the free bus service. Even took the bus to Frisco and back one day for free! We had a great get away with our daughter and her 2 friends. Would definitely go back! Absolutely loved the creek right behind the condo. It was beautiful! I highly recommend staying here!

This property was very cute. Great location. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. If you are staying here, recommend using the free ride system. House was stocked with all the cooking things you could need. Loved falling asleep and waking up hearing the creek.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would say we felt the lighting was a tad dark in all of the rooms and the closet space was pretty limited. But, it was cozy for us all and great location for the slopes.

Secluded and Close to Town!!

We had a great stay at this location. Our family is 3 kids 11,9 and 9 and two adults. Overall the positives of this location: (1) end unit that seemed very secluded with a great view of a stream below (2) short distance to peak 9 (about 5-10 minutes) (3) ability to use pool and hot tub (4) very good room sizes and each room Had own bathroom (5) kids loved the lofts Cons (1) one of four beds was not great to sleep in which we were able to just switch around (2) temperature was a little tricky but figured it out over time (it got really hot) (3) kitchen supplies like tupper ware and better pot holders would be nice, but I asssume most people eat out. Overall, I would definitely book again. Some tips (1) I loaded skis and poles up in car, drove kids down street and walked back down myself. I think my oldest would have been fine, but I wanted to minimize frustration plus wanted to get there before 8:45 am (2) get to peak 9 before 8:45 am or lines are longer since near ski school (3) book pool or hot tub day before because day of bookings during COVID was tough

Great spot for larger families

This was a great spot for our family for a weekend getaway. Smaller than it looks in the photos, but plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect for my kids ski lessons at the Village. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because we found food on the floor, dirty silverware in the drawer and a hat under the bed from previous guests. Also, the beds were not comfortable at all. Better cleaning and comfortable beds would make it 5 star, for sure.

Great location.

Outstanding location. Very short walk to peak 9 quick silver lift. Walking distance to downtown area and shops on Main Street. Parking was always available at unit. Unit was plenty large enough for six people, any more would be cramped. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and general kitchen supplies. Seating in living room was adequate for six. Any more than 6 would be cramped. Paper products supplied were adequate. Washer and dryer in unit!! Excellent perk. Check out process was a breeze. Overall, beds were not very comfortable. One appliance that would be nice to have available in the unit is a humidifier. Poor sleep and bloody noses, yuck.

Was very pleased with my stay at this property. It was in a very centralized location which made it easy to get around regardless if you were going to the slopes or downtown to eat. This property was also very spacious fitting everyone comfortably.

“Secluded” in Breckinridge

We had to make this reservation on the fly, since we were supposed to be in Estes. However, Estes evacuated on our drive and we had to change plans. The condo had a nice view of the creek and the woods (no view of a bunch of other condos!). It was easy to walk to town (less than 5 minutes). It was a quiet weekend in Breck, so that helped not having many people in the condos. The condo could use a little updating (needs essentials such as measuring cups, teaspoon/tablespoons, cookie sheets, etc.). Also, the disposal, microwave door, and part of the inside of the refrigerator were broken. Overall, it was a nice weekend and the condo was a nice place to be with the family.
