This place IS unbeatable! We loved everything from the condo layout to the extremely convenient location to Main Street which is the heart of Breck! Main Street is literally across the street and we walked there all the time. It was perfect for us which we only were really there after a day of adventures! They had so many full size towels and towel hooks for all of them, both of which for a mom are huge! :) We used the box fans that were in the closets at night. Both the views from the balcony and the front door are nice. Check in and check out process was very easy. I loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. We are touring Colorado for the month of June and staying in a new town every 2-3 days, we have stayed in 6 VRBOs prior to this one (out of a total of 10 for the entire trip) and this one is my favorite so far! We would definitely stay here again!

Sawmill 214

This was a nice stay overall in walking distance to the Breckenridge gondola and ability to ski back to the complex. The unit itself was spacious with generally nice furniture for a rental space — primary bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but we are pretty picky about beds.Kitchen was stocked with equipment needed for cooking and dining, but no foundational food items were stocked (spices, oil, etc), so you’ll need to bring/buy your own.We would come back but only if we knew we were in a top floor unit (which is hard to tell when booking). Biggest issue for us was the noise from upstairs. We could hear every step they took from early afternoon into the very late evening hours, making it difficult to sleep, even with a sound machine.

Great Condo!

This condo worked great for our family of 7 during a spring break ski vacation. The gondola is a 2 minute bus ride away, the 4 O'Clock Trail leads right to the condo building, and the beautiful downtown is a block away.

This property is very conveniently located to bus, Main St, gondola, etc. the location can’t be beat. The condo is exactly as described, beds are very comfortable and overall the condo is comfortable and cozy. Would stay here again.

Ideal location in downtown Breckenridge

4 of us stayed in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. The location is fantastic for walking to downtown Breckenridge and easy to get to from the main road. We had a little problem with getting into the unit with the code we were given but the management company was extremely responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the place was well equipped for our stay.

Exactly as described, and the location is incredibly convention to both the mountain (2 block walk to gondola) and 2 block walk to Main Street/downtown for shopping & restaurants. Perfect Location in Town with 4 O’Clock Access

This is a perfect location for a ski trip. Right in town with access to food / shops, along the Breck bus route that takes you to Peak 7 / 8, and has ski-in access through the 4 O’Clock run. Pleasant to work with the mgmt. team and place was 100% as advertised. We hope to stay again soon!

Spotless Condo - responsive property manager

Property manager communicated with us on time about access to the condo. They are very business oriented so be sure to know what check in and check out times are. We asked for an early check in and got it about 30 minutes early. We did not ask for any late check out, but the assumption of that was made by the property manager. The property manager truly went above and beyond however, to work with us to facilitate the return of my oxygen as I came down with acute mountain sickness. His staff got the oxygen tank from the condo and facilitated the return to the oxygen company. Grateful for that extra work on their behalf. The condo was beautiful, and spotless. There's even a washer and dryer we did not use, with a courtesy box of laundry soap (we did not use). This is the type of property manager that crosses his t's and dot's his I'd and is very professional. This is shown in the condition of the condo. It was clean, fresh smelling, perfect for us. If you want a clean place with no bugs or issues, this is the condo for you. Enjoy the snowy slopes of Breckenridge. This is the condo you want to rent. Once again, please understand the check in and check out policies and adhere to them. Your visit will go flawlessly! Please note this is an upper floor unit but easily accessible by elevator. Bring your swimsuits as there is a hot tub in the complex!

Noisy all night

Condo was wonderful and as expected EXCEPT that upstairs neighbors were very loud… this was especially annoying from 1am -3am. There was so much stomping around and loud talking that all five staying in the condo were awakened for several hours.

The condo was on walking distance to Main Street. Easy to get to everything. My husband and I stayed here with our teenage boys, and it was great! The condo had everything we needed. I would for sure come back and stay here again!

perfect for an overnight

We drove up for a quick birthday celebration. We wanted to be walking distance to downtown and have a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tup and pool were not available because of maintenance.

Girls weekend

Location was great for an easy walk to Main Street. Very comfortable condo. Need a few extras like soap dishes and tongs. Bring your own foil or baggies. The rule for only car parking is maybe understandable during peak seasons, but there was plenty of room and to have to park our other car mikes away for $20 was ridiculous!!!! Need more TV instructions as well.
