When you’re ready to hit the slopes again, just walk about fifty yards to hop on the Snowflake lift, known by locals for its short lines. This is the ski vacation spot you’ve been looking for! Tyra Lookout Condo is a perfectly sized condo for a small group or family of up to four. This studio condo with 1 bathroom is in a prime location just off Four O’clock ski run where you can ski right down to the condo in the winter and walk directly onto the trails in the summer. You can either take the short walk to downtown or hop on the free shuttle that stops right across the street. The living area has comfy furniture with a flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace to cozy up next to on winter nights. The kitchen is just off the living area and has granite counters and everything you need to make a complete meal for you and you group. There’s seating for four at the kitchen counter so everyone can enjoy each other’s company while enjoying a freshly cooked meal. After a long day exploring the mountain of Colorado, you can soak in the shared hot tub that’s just a few steps away from the condo. And with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, you’ll always stayed connected during your mountain vacation! As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, we supply all the linens and basic toiletries and each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrival. Location could not be better. A one minute walk to the lift and the local Free Ride bus to take you down to Main Street. Condo was cozy and comfy. Hot tubs were great. The bed was a little firm but that would be the only complaint! Everything was easy from this location. We will stay there again for sure! We could have had a couple of more kids with us too and it would have been plenty big enough. The kitchen had a great coffee pot and the utensils and dishes needed for cooking or snacks. This condo was truly ski-in and being on the first level made it so easy to unload the car and sneak back for a quick snack from the 4 O'clock run. The Snowlfake chair lift is close and walking to it is easy and flat. We used the Charter Ski rental location and the Breckenridge Spa while we were there. You truly wouldn't need a rental car at all in this location. We were also able to use Door Dash and they found us without any problem. Seriously, this spot is perfect! The only issue is the complex is parking during the day many are parking in the complex for the ski lift and camping out for the day. This cut into value and convenience. Otherwise, the location is great--literally 50 feet from 4 O'Clock run & \~100 yds from the Snowflake lift--it was clean, the shower & bed were good, kitchen was adequate, and being on the first floor made it really easy on snow boots. Very convenient having an in unit washer and dryer. Complex was quiet . The communication was excellent. Would advise if cooking, bring a nonstick pan/skillet. Condo was comfortable and super clean, kitchen well-appointed, and bed was very cozy. As others have stated, the wall to the neighboring unit is thin, so expect to hear your neighbors. ##### Keith D. The studio was as described, very comfortable, with all that you need. The bus stops across the street and the chair lift is also there. The location is terrific for skiing. Parking was great also. There are 3 hot tubs indoor and outdoor which was great. Communication with the summit rental was great. Will never rent from them again. Made scheduling a ride nearly impossible. Community hot tubs not the cleanest. long walk uphill from town (buses help) ##### James C.
