I was fooled by the reviews but the employees have no regard for the customer experience. As a guest you have to pick up and drop off keys at a completely different location. The front desk person could not answer any of my questions and programmed the key- fob wrong so we couldn't get into the building without someone else coming along. Instead of bringing us a new one he said we could come back in the pouring rain to get a new one. The pull out bed was broken and warped with springs sticking out of the mattress and crumbs and old sock in the bed. The only good thing is the location. It was a great location to be walkable to Breck but not in downtown. It had a view of the mountains, which was nice. In the winter, one could ski to a lift. One unfortunate aspect is that the swimming pool is across the street and sadly some people were very rude to be loud late in the evening. The unit is somewhat dated. But apart from that, we enjoyed it and would go back. Easy to drive out to other areas. Only problem we had is in the parking garage the assigned spot had 2 poles to park between that mad it impossible to park between. I have a Toyota Tacoma midsize and it just wouldn’t fit even backing back and forth. Parking out side was fine as the weather was beautiful. Love the location Have stayed in this complex many times over the years. All other unit we have stayed in oveer the years have been updated. This particular unit needs new carpet as currently older carpet with a lot of stains on it. Also, furniture is old and out dated and not very comfortable.
