Summary: Located in the heart of Beaver Run Resort, this 1 bedroom condo is perfect for all the winter and summer action! The Space: Just take a short walk to the Beaver Run SuperChair or take advantage of the numerous amenities in the resort. The resort has a myriad of family-friendly amenities such as indoor mini-golf, arcade games, tennis court, fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and hot tub. Best of all, you're just walking distance to the lifts for some skiing and snowboarding! The resort offers sleigh rides, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and ice skating during the winter. In the summer, there is boating, hot air balloon riding, fly fishing hiking, golfing, white water rafting, horseback riding, and even Alpine slide/coaster riding! You'll never run out of things to do! Please note, the summer amenities such as the tennis court, and outdoor swimming pool are closed during the winter. The hot tub is open in the winter. The living room is well situated with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. End a long day on the slopes with some hot chocolate and a movie! The balcony has great views of the ski resort and the mountains. Steps away are the kitchen and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, electric stovetop, and more. The dining table has seating for 6 and 3 additional seats can be found at the breakfast bar. Don't forget your hearty breakfast to prepare yourself for a long day of action and adventure. The bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a mounted TV. The restroom is by the bedroom and has a bathtub/shower combo. There is 1 parking spot available with this unit and will be charged at the front desk at the time of check in (after the reservation is made), fees vary based on time of year. This was only a problem one day when the room reached 84 degrees and was difficult to cool down.Some sort of orientation sheet would have been very helpful. For example, it took me a while to find the sheets for the pull out bed. Otherwise, a decent place to stay. The spa was fine. Hot tubs on the deck were nice. Located within building 1 at Beaver Run, we had easy access to the slopes out the door of the building and it was easy to navigate within the connected walkways to other parts of the building for access to restaurants, hot tubs, game rooms, etc. Not listed in the description was access to a ski locker, which is right inside from the Beaver Run lift. We were able to fit 4 skis/poles a snowboard in it, which was super convenient each day. Our family of 5 found there to be enough space for us to comfortably stay - making use of the 2 beds and the pull out sofa. The unit was recently updated (except parts of the bathroom, which need updating) and we enjoyed relaxing on the comfy couch playing games when not on the mountain.
