They included some kitchen essentials which was nice. I deducted a star for the following reasons: The refrigerator wasn't working, and we had to throw our food out. The staff is nice, but communication with them was a little confusing since they communicated outside of VRBO. I had to keep checking VRBO, my email, and my phone to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. It also seemed like every time I communicated with them it was a different employee. The condo was very clean, the shower felt wonderful and the mattress was perfectly comfortable. Communication was always quick and helpful. We enjoyed the balcony and the lovely forest setting. Bed was comfy too. Only suggestion is to have curtains that block the light better in the bedroom.
