The location of the house was convenient for a short drive to town or to drop off skiers at the hill. While we did not use it, there was a bus stop directly across the street. The house was clean upon arrival and had a good amount of paper towel and toilet paper to get through the first couple of days. We had plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap.When attempting to grill, we discovered that the propane tank was empty and there was not a spare in the garage. A call was made very late in the afternoon to Summit Mountain Rentals and a full tank was delivered in about an hour. While communicating via text about the pending propane delivery, we requested more forks (the house only had 10) and more were provided with the propane, which was a nice surprise!Overall a great house and excellent communication throughout our stay! ##### Jessica W. Jan 2, 2024 #### Breckenridge New Years trip Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What we liked: The home is very spacious and the renovated common area and bathrooms are very nice. Hot tub works well. The shuttle to the slopes in the morning is very efficient. Easy drive to and from town. What could be improved: The home does not have boot warmers so you have to take your boots off in the garage and then carry them inside and upstairs to set out to dry which is not very convenient. The heat in the living room does not work well - we could not get it over 65 even on days where the outdoor temps were in the upper 20s. The shuttle coming home from the slopes is a disaster if you’re there during a holiday week. We waited 90 minutes one day - in that time only two went by and they were already completely full and couldn’t take on more passengers. ##### Lisa P. We had a great stay at this location - the house was just as billed - modern inside, plenty of room for my family, great hot tub!
