You can easily walk to downtown Breck or strap on your ski boots and walk to the Quicksilver Superchair. My son also attended snowboard lessons from the village location and that was also easy drop off/pick-up. Likewise its an easy walk to the the Gondola if you want to make the trip up to peak 7 or 8 (walking in ski boots to this Gondola would be too much so you'd need to take the shuttle). However, the beds were just awful. The bed in the master bedroom is so soft I had to sleep on the couch. The two twin beds in the kids room were so rickety that one of them fell apart during the middle of our 3rd night. If you don't mind soft/clanky beds AND you want to be within walking distance of some of the main ski/downtown attractions then this place is a great option. If the owners upgraded the beds this place would be hard to beat for the price and location. ##### Chad S. The location is great for getting to the mountain. Close to ski-in, ski-out without the price. The hot tub and amenities were good. Parking was decent. There was tons of room for the amount of people we had. Only complaint was having to pick up keys at the other side of Breckenridge during peak traffic hours.
