Once you're done exploring for the day, head inside and warm up by the gas fireplace. Prepare something delicious in the kitchen or head downtown for some great local food - the car will be ready and waiting in the heated garage. Of course, nothing beats sinking into the private hot tub with the mountains in the background. Who's ready to relax?

This townhouse is also just over a mile from Main Street, Breckenridge's epicenter for shopping and dining. Breckenridge Ski Resort, accessed via the Snowflake Lift, is home to five different peaks, lovely après-ski restaurants and venues, and the Rejuvenation Spa.

In summer, enjoy four-wheel tours, mountain biking, and rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club with its three challenging nine-hole courses. Or, treat your family to live theater (and gold panning activities) at Country Boy Mine just over three miles away.

Great house. Terrible Service by VRBO

The house is wonderful. But entre code didn’t work, had to go pick Up a Key. Key didn’t work. Had to pick Up another Key. Took us 1.5 house to get into the house. By that time We were in the middle of a Storm and had to climb stairs with luggage to get in. Had to to to Frisco to drop ok the second car because We couln’t use the garage. Talked to a Manager at vrbo who promised to get us more keys and get back to us. Still waiting for the call. Supposed to get a compensation for not being able to use the garage. Still waiting as well

Stay at Breckenridge

The place was in a great location with ski in/ski out accessibility; however, upon checking in, it appeared as though the main floor was not vacuumed as there was debris in the carpet. Trash from previous residents like candy wrappers, pill boxes, and tissues were scattered around the property. Light bulbs were out in some of the rooms, a cabinet door in one bathroom was broken, a facet was not functioning in one bathroom, a bathroom door was unhinged, a shower door was also broken, and stains were on blankets. Stains were also on the carpet throughout. With this, the sliding doors were unlocked when we arrived. Also, customer support did not respond to most of my inquiries. With this, one representative tried to tell me we couldn’t use the garage as it was not an amenity despite the fact that the garage was listed as an amenity in the listing. So, overall, this wasn’t the best stay I’ve had and I wouldn’t recommend the place or stay there again.

Not so much ski in as walk in

Im surprised none of the reviews have addressed this. Its definitely a ski out as its all down hill to snowflake lift, however the one day we decided to ski in , most of the way is flat and you actually have to walk or scootch. For that reason, we ended up driving to peak 9 or picking skiers up at the end of the day somewhere else. Overall the stay was enjoyable however, improvements could be made with more basics in the kitchen like tupperware, And basic spices and saranwrap, foil etc. in addition, an upgrade in paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper would be appreciated. Yes, the furniture and carpet needs upgraded but was sufficient for a busy ski weekend. Loved the radiant floor heating, the fireplace and the hot tub!

Great location

This was a great property for a week stay in the summer. The trail backs up to the house and the views are incredible. Short drive into town. The furnishings are very dated and the living room needs a new couch. The coffee maker (no Keurig) and pans need to be replaced as well. Toaster didn’t work. All in all it was a comfortable place to stay and enjoy Breck in the summertime

Location is key to this place

Location of this home is fabulous. True ski in and ski out. About a 15 min walk to heart of the village. Private hot tub was amazing. Price was also good. Downfalls- the home has not been updated in decades- both with decor and furniture. Primary bedroom has a full and twin and bedding is old and the same bedspreads that were on a year ago, making me question their cleanliness. Kitchen is lacking many basic items needed to cook meals for a family and one burner is not working on stove. Humidifiers were present in each room but were all nonfunctional. The house needs some attention from owners in order to retain guests.

Fantastic location with easy ski access

Great property for large groups with perfect ski in ski out location. The house was clean with plenty of towels and a great kitchen layout and huge dining room table. The one drawback is the lack of larger beds if you have multiple couples, so check the layout before booking. The hot tub was one of the cleaner ones I’ve seen at any rental I’ve been to, and in general, the whole property was extremely clean.

True Ski In Ski Out

Property is located directly slope side. Walk out the back door and you can put on your skis. Large unit and great for a family get together. Plenty of furniture to sit around TV or fireplace. You can sit around the large dining room table to eat and/or play games. Hot tub was hot and ready to go and a great place to hang out after a day of skiing. Only room for improvement was check in and out process. You have to drive to another location to pick up and drop off keys. Lockbox would be much easier. The units coffee maker was broken and booking staff promised to deliver and never brought to the unit as promised. We had to argue with the property manager the next day to get the coffee maker as they said they could not deliver because it was snowing. All that being said - the unit was amazing and we would definitely book again. Amazing family ski vacation.

Great location

Loved our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Try ski in ski out. Hot tub great. Kitchen had all we needed except food and plenty of toiletries. Would be nice to be able to just use key pad to get into property instead of having to go to another location to get key first. Not too big of a deal for us because downtown wasn’t too busy when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Ski Trip

The townhouse was perfect - spacious and comfortable. Kitchen included all of the cooking items we needed and more. Hot tub was fabulous - felt so good after a day on the slopes! Views were nice and location was great; we took a long walk into town and then discovered the shuttle bus, that was a bonus!

Great condo, but communication more to be desired

Great location as this is a true ski-in ski-out condo. One master bedroom with spacious bathroom upstairs, one bedroom with four bunk beds on the first floor, and another bedroom with two beds on the basement level. This fits our two families comfortably, and maybe three if you only have little kids. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and condiment. There is a lot of glassware which is perfect for a baking party! The pans (we only found two), however, are little bit old and sticky and it would be nice if they were newer. We definitely notice a big difference in communication compared to my previous stays. We woud usually interact directly with the owners, who for the most part, are very responsive, and more importantly, very knowledgeable about their properties. This time it is a lot different as this condo is handled by a management company Vacasa. Despite the fact all the office associates were very friendly and trying to be helpful, they were not able to answer the question (e.g. what are the different keys for), or resolve the issue (e.g. what is the key code for the garage door opener). In the case of the garage door opener, we were told that someone else would contact us for the code later. But nobody followed up. Regardless, we had a great stay for our ski trip. Can’t say enough good things about the location and condo itself, but did not have a warm and fuzzy feeling with the host that I have get accustomed to for my other stays.

Great location on Snowflake lift

Great place for anyone who wants to ski/snowboard all day long and just make a brief stops while enjoying the slopes. Kitchen is well equipped. The jacuzzi was relaxing after skiing all day, just needs a new clips to keep it secured especially on windy days/nights. My second recommendation would be to get rid off the twin size bed in master bedroom and replace it with another full or queen bed.

This place is perfect. Access to the snowflake lift is right out the back door. The bathrooms are huge. Living space very large. 3 Bedrooms with 8+ beds - could house an army here for a weekend. Thanks!
