Step inside this spacious townhome, and you'll immediately feel the warmth of the mountain-inspired decor. The living and dining areas boast stunning tongue and groove, beam vaulted ceilings, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As you enter the living room, you'll be greeted by two comfortable couches and a side chair, all centered around a large, rock-faced gas fireplace – the perfect place to unwind with friends or dive into a good book. The common area TV discreetly hides within an armoire, allowing you to choose between relaxation and entertainment. Flooded with natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, the living space exudes a welcoming ambiance.

Step outside onto your private deck, where fresh mountain air and the aroma of outdoor grilling await. The gas grill sets the stage for al fresco cooking, while the natural wood table inside, seating six, invites you to savor meals with family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Cooking and dining utensils, as well as glassware and dishware, are readily available. For a quick bite, gather around the three-seat breakfast bar.

Venture downstairs to discover two full bedrooms, each with its own accompanying bath. The first bedroom envelops you in cozy comfort with a King bed adorned in quilted bedding. An armoire houses a flat-screen TV, and a side chair beckons relaxation. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with ranch-style denim bedding. Then, ascend to the third-story loft, a peaceful haven for late-night conversations or quiet reading without disturbing the rest of the house. This open loft area offers two Twin beds for additional sleeping accommodations.

New Year Ski Trip

Great location and space! The condo was located on a quiet street near peak 9. We were able to walk to the lift with our ski gear or to dinner. The parking spot afforded us a place for our car if needed, but we could also walk and avoid parking in town. We loved the layout of the condo and comfortable tv room with fireplace. Some things could be updated, but overall very warm and comfortable.

Great Location but lots of fixes needed

The location was great for access to the city transportation system and walking to Main Street. The unit however was in disrepair. Tiles at the front entry were cracking, door knobs loose, screen door not on their track, not enough lights and not working, no tub drain plug, curtain rod held tight with duct tape, the fireplace glass fogged over and what looked like ketchup baked onto the front glass. We enjoyed Breckenridge but this unit left us wanting especially for the amount paid.

Cute but cumbersome

The property itself was comfortable and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was very cumbersome, however, and the directions provided by the property owners was not clear. They didn't provide directions for check-in until 3 hours after we were notified that we were able to access the unit. Communication came by email and text message, though both contained slightly different information. You had to access a not-so-straightforward website with a lot of information that was minimally helpful. Lastly, check out was unreasonably early and you have to go off site to complete check-in and -out. There's a dog in the office, though, who is very cute.

Great location, very dated interior, terrible coffee

We liked the townhome setup and a great location with a fantastic parking lot to fit bikes. Only a stones throw from the pool and FOUR jacuzzis of different water temps plus pool. Almost like a private hydro-therapy spa!!! Location to town and trails was a perfect combo. Property needs updating, especially the decor and wall hangings. The coffee was the worst part of the experience…it tasted older than both my kids combined. YUCK! Go to a coffee shop and buy a decent bag of ground coffee…or walk 1/4 mile to the gas station. Anything beats the old hotel pouch!!!

Weekend Retreat

I love the fact that it is within walking distance to anything in town. We were able to leave the truck parked all weekend. The house creaked and moaned when the heat kicked on, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, we had a great weekend and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The condo was perfect for us. The heat wasn’t working at first but one call and they had someone out there to fix it. Short walk to lift and into town and best of all was the door to door shuttle service!! Would stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Good communication with lender. A bit hard to find at night. Easy access to all attractions and shops. Looked like photos. Pool was a bit warm for a hot summer day. Trash and laundry nearby.

Convenient location in quite area - exceptional shuttle service! Shuttle in morning to any lift you want and almost ski in from falcon or quicksilver lifts few football field walk) or call shuttle. Comfy beds. Great kitchen with utensils of all sorts. Humidifier was very nice touch! All day and night VIP shuttle to shopping and entertainment.

Excellent condo

This unit was great for our family. It had 2br downstairs each with own full bath. Then the loft area had its own bathroom with shower on the main floor where kitchen and living room are. So there was lots of privacy and the toothbrushes didn’t get all mixed up. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. WiFi is quite good. Kitchen was adequately equipped for the cooking we did The location turned out to be really good as well. We were afraid we would need to use the bus/shuttle to get to a lift but in fact you can walk to the Maggie / quicksilver in 7 or 8 mins. (Add a few minutes coming back though as it is a bit uphill) Parking is right in front of the door so easy to unload gear. It’s uncovered so you will have to brush off the snow which hopefully you will have. We had one issue when the downstairs thermostat stopped working but the property manager fixed it within a few hours of calling it in. Overall this was perfect for us. We’ve stayed in a lot of ski area condos and this is a good one.

Great stay

Loved the space and management was really responsive! Relatively short walk (with some downhill and uphill) to quicksilver chairlift. The apartment was great and stocked with all kitchen appliances as well as salt/pepper. Only two potential things to consider: 1) Grill did not work for us (even one of the knobs was not fully on). And 2) hot tubs were extremely packed every day (we were there wed-sun) so we never got a chance to use that space.

Amazing Accommodation!

We had such an amazing time during our stay. The location was perfect…so close to everything. I really appreciated the smooth check in/ out process. The property was very clean..new carpet throughout…kitchen fully stocked. We left a few seasonings for the next family and there were some sleds in the closet for the sled hill. The amount of space was perfect for our family of 5. Also, the free shuttle service around town was a huge perk AND we received discounted ski equipment for our family for staying with Ski Resorts. The shuttle driver Luke was absolutely amazing making sure we were dropped off and picked up as requested. In blistering weather this was such a comfort for our family. Will definitely book again.

Amazing Family Ski Trip!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The house is very efficiently laid out with a nice open double height living area. 3 bathrooms and two bedrooms. Our two youngest kids loved sleeping in the loft. We did not use our car at all during our stay. We parked it right in front of the door when we arrived and it was great to walk to main street and walk to and from the lifts. We also took advantage of free shuttle service when needed. The only drawback was the radiators were a little noisy in the bedrooms and we struggled to keep the temperature in the house from getting too warm but after a day of skiing we were so tired we eventually slept through the noise.
