Very nice and spacious and in a nice neighborhood. My only issue is that the day before we were to check out someone entered the house. It seemed like I was communicating with a bot. Very basic responses and not really addressing the issue directly. I did get them to confirm they had our correct check out date. This happened fairly early in the morning even before the normal check out time. My husband and son had just left the house and my daughter and I were there when the man entered the house. Jan 13, 2023 #### Not very accommodating The house itself was fine and it had the basics of what you need for a mountain house, but nothing more. We got to Breck at 1pm after 4 hours of traffic and I called to see if we could park at the house because there was zero parking at any of the Breck lots and overflow lots (not surpised) and they told us no and that's our policy. I said I understand that's your policy but we knew there wasn't anyone staying at the house because it wasn't booked for the day before we arrived and there weren't any cars in the drive way. They told us they would tow us if we parked their early. I will never give my business to Vacasa moving forward. ##### Joel M. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Kevin P. Overall, the property was fine--slightly outdated but clean and comfortable enough. Vacasa Property management represented to me that they had obtained approval for a noon check out time. Cleaning crew showed up at 10, and we were forced to vacate early. Confusion, miscommunication, rudeness, aggressiveness by local cleaning crew manager and local property manager made overall experience a poor one. ##### Greta M.
